Pete Namlook, born on November 25th, 1960 as Peter Kuhlmann in Frankfurt, Germany, died last November 8th.
He was one of the most prominent ambient and electronic music producers and composers, and all of us at BeatLounge, fans and admirers of his work for a long time, feel that we need to pay tribute to such great legacy.

On Sunday, January 13th we will be airing the first hour of a 2 Parts (4 hours total) Tribute mixed by our friend Xander a.k.a. Rich Ears, aptly named: "Perfect Pete Namlook".

Unfortunately, due to time restrictions, we can't air the full 4 hours on BeatLounge Radio, but be sure to drop by Rich Ears' Mixcloud to catch the whole "Perfect" series there!



Pete Namlook, nacido el 25 de noviembre de 1960 como Peter Kuhlmann en Frankfurt, Alemania, murió el pasado 8 de Noviembre.
Fue uno de los artistas más destacados del ambient y productores de música electrónica y compositores y todos nosotros en BeatLounge, fans y admiradores de su obra durante mucho tiempo, sentimos que debemos rendir homenaje a semejante gran legado.

El Domingo 13 de Enero, transmitiremos la primer hora de 2 partes (4 horas en total) del homenaje mezclado por nuestro amigo Xander a.k.a. Rich Ears, acertadamente llamado: "Perfect Pete Namlook".
